Protein Packed Banana Nut Oatmeal with Chocolate
Packed with protein from nuts and seeds, fiber, and other healthy ingredients; this delicious one pot meal will leave you satisfied all morning long!

- 1/4 cup Quick Cooking Steel Cut Oats
- 1/2 cup Non-Dairy Milk
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Nut Butter of your choice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 Banana, broken into bits
- 3 Brazil nuts, roughly chopped Great for selenium!
- 1 small handful Chocolate Chips Lilly's & Enjoy Life are good brands
Add everything except the Brazil nuts and chocolate chips together into a small pot
Cook over medium heat for roughly 7 minutes, stirring often nd breaking up bits of banana as the oatmeal cooks
When all the liquid is absorbed, you'll know it's done!
Transfer oatmeal to a bowl, then top with roughly chopped Brazil nuts and chocolate chips
